Work Planner

40 hours per week

In this position, you will be the link between engineering, purchasing and workshop. You think ahead, identify bottlenecks and ensure that your colleagues in the field can get to work immediately. With your overview and technical insight, you keep a grip on complex projects.

Your role

You will be responsible for the preparation and coordination of everything needed before execution starts. Once a project gets the green light, you ensure tight scheduling and timely procurement of materials and parts. You review working drawings and technical specifications, and carefully coordinate work with colleagues in engineering, purchasing and the workshop. You will also liaise with suppliers and subcontractors and ensure that everything is done on time and as agreed. When changes occur in the schedule, you know how to move quickly and maintain an overview. This is how you contribute to a smooth process and strong execution.

Work

Preparation of work preparation plans in accordance with quality requirements and procedures

Ensure procurement and timely delivery of required materials and services in consultation with project manager

Monitor the planning and organization of work within a project with project management

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors

Planning external and internal logistics work

Expediting outsourced work

Job Requirements

MBO or college degree in a technical field

Experience in a similar position is a plus

Good command of the Dutch and English languages

Experience with Microsoft Office

VCA certificate is a plus

Driving license B
