We have been nominated!

Our nomination for Frisian Enterprise of the Year 2025 shows that this way of working does not go unnoticed. Read what that says about us - and maybe your future at Titan - here.

Nominated. And above all: proud of how we do it together.

We have been nominated for the Frisian Enterprise of the Year 2025 election. And we are sincerely proud of that.

At Titan, we design and build plants and systems for salt production around the world. From individual components to complete plants - we supply everything needed to extract, purify and process salt. A complex, high-level process that demands a lot from our people and their craftsmanship.

The salt industry is an unknown world for many people. You use salt every day - in food, in industry, in medicine - but how it is made? And what a salt factory looks like? Few people know that. Let alone how complex and technical those processes are.

When the judges came to us, we took them into that world. We showed them what we do. They walked through our workshop, talked to colleagues on the floor and got an honest picture of our company. What they saw? A team working together with craftsmanship and fun. Engineers, welders, mechanics, sales - all working on the same thing: delivering smart solutions, building quality, and continuing to learn in the meantime.

This nomination is recognition of what we've believed in for years, and what we work on every day: giving people room to grow. Whether you're an intern or a team leader - if you show initiative, you can really build something here.

We work on large projects for clients all over the world. From Bolsward, with a compact team where everyone knows each other. The lines are short, the pace is fast, and you get trust. No ready-made path: you make it together, by doing.

On April 8, we will be in the finals of the Frisian Enterprise of the Year 2025 election. A special moment, in which we get to show alongside two other strong companies who we are and what we stand for.

Whether we win? We don't know yet. But what matters to us is that we earned this nomination by doing what we always do: working together, tackling and building something that works. And we're proud of that.
