The culture at Titan

High knowledge of technology, teamwork and a healthy dose of ambition. That's Titan. We combine expert knowledge with an open, direct way of working together. That's how we get the best out of ourselves and each other every day.

At Titan, we are well aware that we have a special way of working. Each department – from office to workshop and assembly – has its own specialism. It can sometimes be a challenge to connect well. That’s why we like to keep communication simple and clear. That works, and it makes us strong. It sets us apart as a team in how we work together.

Our team consists of a mix of experienced professionals and young professionals. Everyone brings their own knowledge, energy and ideas. That combination ensures that we continue to grow, with all the developments that come with it.

Titan works worldwide, including America, Austria, India and 34 other countries. That requires flexibility and commitment. Sometimes it means being on location with each other for long periods of time, working intensively together and finding solutions together. Engineers, process engineers, project leaders and trainees then stand side by side. You get to know each other well in a short time and build mutual trust. New colleagues are naturally absorbed into the team. This creates a dynamic in which everyone feels responsible and strengthens each other.

In addition to our work, we find it important to celebrate successes together. We regularly organize sports activities, joint barbecues and an annual summer party. Around the holidays we plan a week full of activities, which traditionally ends with a Christmas party. Then almost everyone is in the Netherlands and experiences from all over the world are shared.

And all this is reflected in the quality of our work as well as in the way we treat each other. We are proud of that, and you feel it as soon as you step inside.
